Sightings
In this body of work I sought to capture the non-visual sensation of experience through a visual medium. Each image evidences a spatial encounter that represents the visible infused with a non-visible awareness. Unseen presences emotionally animate the inanimate. Images reveal dimensional shifting where time is found to flex, or slow, to carry a time ‘shadow’ if you will, suffusing place with history. These sightings reveal that the mind can perceive the variability of the fourth dimension, that it is possible to glimpse and intuit the edges of a greater mystery.
